Yes. Once your subscription has expired, you will still be able to log in to your account and access the My Profile section.
However, the rest of the platform will remain restricted until a new subscription is activated.
To cancel your subscription, first log in to the Materact platform and go to the My Profile section.
From there, open the Manage Subscriptions tab and click either Manage Plans or Manage Cards.
You will then be redirected to RevenueCat, where you can manage and cancel your subscription directly.
If you would like to request a refund, please email info@materact.com from the email address associated with your Materact subscription, and include:
1. the email address linked to your account
2. the date of the charge
3. any relevant payment details or screenshots
We only offer refunds within 14 days of your first payment. Requests made after this period are not eligible.
If your request is eligible, we will review it and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your request is not eligible under this policy, we may not respond.
Once a refund is processed, we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

To view your past Materact invoices, first log in to the Materact platform and go to the My Profile section.
From there, open the Manage Subscriptions tab and click either Manage Plans or Manage Cards.
You will then be redirected to RevenueCat, where you can access your billing history and past invoices.
To delete your account, you must first cancel any active subscription linked to it.
To do this, log in to the Materact platform, go to My Profile, open the Manage Subscriptions tab, and click Manage Plans or Manage Cards. You will then be redirected to RevenueCat, where you can cancel your subscription.
Once your subscription has been cancelled and there are no active subscriptions linked to your account, return to My Profile and go to Manage Account, where you will be able to delete your account by clicking on Delete.
No. Account deletion on Materact is a hard delete, which means all account data, progress, and associated information are permanently deleted.
Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you would like to use Materact again, you will need to create a new account.
